Your artwork is entirely produced in our workshop, printed on the best plotters on the market, with 253 gram Fine Art paper designed for high-end graphic printing and pigmented inks that are highly resistant to light. Marked with a quality stamp manually stamped by the workshop manager before being sent, your print will reflect the expertise and exclusivity of our brand.

All Stendio prints are printed on the highest quality plotters, with 253 gram Fine Art paper (cotton-based and acid-free) and pigmented inks that are characterised by their high resistance to light. The result is a work of great durability and unbeatable quality. You will also receive it with a quality seal stamped by hand by the workshop manager, which guarantees not only that the work has been carefully checked, but also the exclusivity and craftsmanship behind each of our creations.

The quality seal stamped on your print will indicate the date it was printed, the serial number, the author's name and a QR that will provide you with more information about your work. Remember that at Stendio we carry out and control the entire process until the painting reaches you at home: design, printing, framing and shipping.

At Stendio, you can choose from several payment methods: credit or debit card, PayPal, bank transfer, and Bizum. We never charge any additional fees, regardless of the option you select. Payment security is fully guaranteed: the Stendio checkout process is protected with 256-bit encryption and backed by an SSL certificate from the trusted security provider GeoTrust. You can easily pay via Bizum, PayPal, credit/debit card, or bank transfer.

At Stendio we take great care to ensure that your shipments arrive on time and in optimum condition. Therefore, all the films you purchase on our website are manufactured in our own facilities, so we control the entire manufacturing process and treatment of the films ourselves, always depending on Stendio, and never on third parties. In this way, we can guarantee availability, delivery time and that your orders arrive in perfect condition with, of course, protective packaging and prepared so that your film arrives ready to hang, as in the vast majority of shipments your film will arrive completely stretched.

All our shipments are made with FSC, recycled and recyclable packaging. In addition, in your customer area you can check the status of your order and through the tracking emails that we will send you, you will be able to follow exactly where it is at any given moment.

Not happy with your purchase? Changed your mind? No problem! At Stendio, you have 90 calendar days from the date you receive your order to return or exchange your product. Just send us an email at [email protected] or contact us through your customer account, letting us know what you’d like to return and why. We’ll get back to you as quickly as possible. In any case, there’s nothing to worry about: regardless of how long it takes us to process your request, the return period starts from the moment you notify us, and your return will be completed within the stated timeframe.
