These General Terms and Conditions govern all legal relationships arising from sales contracts entered into between users or customers and the owner of the website stendio.ie, eCommProjects Internet S.L..
By accepting these General Terms and Conditions, the customer declares that they have the legal capacity required to enter into contracts in accordance with the applicable legislation. In Ireland, the age of majority and full contractual capacity are generally acquired at the age of 18. If the customer acts on behalf of a legal entity, the individual acting declares, under their sole responsibility, that they have the necessary authority of representation.
The customer expressly accepts these General Terms and Conditions from the moment they use the website or purchase any product, and shall be bound by them. These General Terms and Conditions shall remain permanently available on the website and may be saved and printed by the customer.

eCommProjects Internet S.L. takes the utmost care in the description and presentation of the products and services available on the website. However, in the event of typographical, formal or numerical errors, especially regarding prices, characteristics or product availability, such errors shall not be binding on eCommProjects Internet S.L., and the company reserves the right to correct them at any time.
In such cases, eCommProjects Internet S.L. shall inform the customer as soon as possible, offering them the option to confirm the order under the correct conditions or to cancel it free of charge, with a full refund of any amounts paid.

Each product category displays its retail price inclusive of taxes.
In certain cases, the exact price charged to the customer may include shipping costs, which are specified in the shipping section. Likewise, once a product has been added to the basket, the customer will be able to view all relevant shipping cost information. In the event of any discrepancy between the shipping costs indicated in the relevant section of the website and those shown when completing the order in the basket, the amount displayed at the final stage of the order shall always prevail.
At Stendio, only products that can be delivered within a reasonable timeframe may be purchased. Product availability will be indicated in each product listing.
Shipping methods, delivery times and shipping costs shall be governed by the information provided in the relevant section of our website.
The company shall make every reasonable effort to ensure that shipping providers comply with the established delivery times. However, if such timeframes are not met for reasons beyond the control of eCommProjects Internet S.L., the company shall not be held responsible for delays and shipping costs shall therefore not be refundable.
An order shall be deemed delivered when the delivery note appears signed in the courier company’s systems.
We shall not be held responsible for any additional costs arising from customs duties or import charges.
eCommProjects Internet S.L. does not guarantee the continuous and uninterrupted availability of the website or the products and/or services offered. However, the company shall be liable in accordance with applicable Spanish legislation and, where relevant, the mandatory consumer protection provisions established under Irish and European legislation.
In this regard, eCommProjects Internet S.L. shall not be liable, to the extent legally permitted, for damages arising from service interruptions, errors or omissions in the contents, or the transmission of harmful software, except in cases of wilful misconduct, fraud, gross negligence or breach of essential obligations.
eCommProjects Internet S.L. shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from force majeure events, including, among others, strikes, labour disputes, riots, terrorist acts, armed conflicts, pandemics, fires, extreme weather conditions or other unforeseeable or unavoidable circumstances.
eCommProjects Internet S.L. reserves the right to refuse the reproduction or printing of content which, in its opinion, may infringe applicable legislation, third-party rights or fundamental legal principles, including unlawful, discriminatory, violent content or content contrary to the protection of minors or public order.
The user declares that they are responsible for the documents or content provided for reproduction or printing and guarantees that they hold the necessary rights for their use, reproduction and, where applicable, distribution.
The user undertakes to indemnify and hold harmless eCommProjects Internet S.L. against any third-party claims arising from the infringement of intellectual property, industrial property or other rights.
eCommProjects Internet S.L. undertakes to treat the files or documents provided by the user confidentially and to use them exclusively for the execution of the order, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the applicable Spanish and Irish data protection legislation.
The files shall only be retained for the time necessary for the proper execution of the service and, in any case, shall be deleted within a maximum period of 90 days from completion of the order, unless a legal retention obligation applies.
Stendio reserves the right to deny or restrict access to the website stendio.ie to users or customers who breach these General Terms and Conditions or the applicable legislation.
Such measures shall be adopted proportionately and taking into account the legitimate rights and interests of the user.
If any provision of these General Terms and Conditions is found to be wholly or partially invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
The invalid provision shall be replaced by the corresponding legal provision. In the event of a contractual gap, it shall be supplemented in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.
The contractual relationship between eCommProjects Internet S.L. and the user shall be governed by Spanish legislation.
However, where the user is considered a consumer and habitually resides in Ireland or another Member State of the European Union, they shall retain the protection granted by the mandatory provisions of the legislation of their country of habitual residence, in accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 593/2008 (Rome I).
In the event of a dispute, and where the user is considered a consumer, the courts of the consumer’s place of habitual residence shall have jurisdiction, in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 1215/2012.
In all other cases, where the user is not considered a consumer, the parties submit to the courts corresponding to the registered office of eCommProjects Internet S.L., unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
eCommProjects Internet S.L. informs users that it is neither obliged nor willing to participate in alternative dispute resolution procedures before consumer mediation or arbitration bodies, unless legally required to do so.
Users may submit complaints to eCommProjects Internet S.L. through the contact methods indicated on the website.
Likewise, they may contact the competent consumer protection authorities in accordance with the legislation applicable in their place of residence.
