Shipping Policy

When you place an order, you want to receive it as soon as possible and in perfect condition. At Stendio, we get that. That’s why we take care of every shipment in detail and work to ensure your order lives as quickly as possible.

Shipping methods

To suit your needs, we offer two shipping options: standard and priority.

  • Priority shipping: your order is prepared and shipped with top priority, reducing delivery times to a minimum. The best option if you need it urgently.
  • Standard shipping: your order is handled with lower priority, while always respecting the indicated delivery times. Ideal if you're not in a rush.

You can choose your shipping method during checkout. Before confirming your order, we’ll show you the available options, costs, and estimated delivery times.

During periods of high demand, priority shipping may not be available to ensure service quality.

Shipments to Ireland

Standard shipping method deliveries to Ireland take approximately 1 to 4 working days and cost €6.95. Shipping is free on orders over €70.

The priority shipping method guarantees delivery within approximately 1 to 2 working days (as long as you place your order before [[HORA_CORTE]]) and has an additional cost of [[ENVIO_SUP_PRIORITARIO]].

We primarily use [[ENVIO_EMPRESAS]] as our shipping carriers for these deliveries.

General considerations

Please note that promotions may temporarily improve shipping prices and may not be reflected here. Additionally, delivery times may occasionally be extended due to high demand in our warehouse or with shipping carriers (especially during special promotions).

Please also note that Stendio offers different payment methods, and depending on the one you choose, your order may or may not be validated immediately. Your order will only be processed once payment has been confirmed. If you choose bank transfer, preparation and delivery time will only begin once payment has been received and verified.

The preferred shipping carriers listed on this page may be changed by Stendio if necessary.

If our customer service team contacts you regarding any issue or clarification about your order, the delivery time will start once it has been resolved.

Stendio will not be responsible if delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

If delivery cannot be completed due to reasons attributable to the customer, Stendio will have up to 30 days to resend the order. We reserve the right to charge shipping costs again, even if they were originally free. The customer will always be informed.

Stendio is also not responsible for delays caused by adverse weather conditions, mobility restrictions, or any type of disaster.

Stendio is not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its control (force majeure).

We are also not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, and shipping costs will not be refunded in such cases.

However, if you selected priority shipping but received standard shipping due to an internal issue, you can request a refund of the difference.

Delivery is considered completed once the delivery note has been signed in the courier’s system.

Finally, Stendio is not responsible for any customs-related charges.
