No problem. At Stendio, we want your shopping experience to be completely satisfactory. That’s why you have 90 calendar days from the date you receive your order to return or exchange any product under the conditions set out below.
This period is a voluntary commercial benefit offered by Stendio and extends the minimum legal 14-day period provided for under Irish and European consumer protection legislation.
If the product has a defect or lack of conformity, it will be covered by the applicable legal guarantee in accordance with Irish consumer legislation, including the Consumer Rights Act 2022, without prejudice to any rights the consumer may have under applicable European legislation.
If you are within the 90-day period, you may return your order without having to justify your decision.
However, in accordance with Irish and European consumer protection legislation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised items. Therefore, returns of these products will not be accepted unless the item is defective or lacks conformity.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email at [email protected], indicating the product you wish to return (you may use the cancellation form included at the end of this page, although this is not mandatory). You may also manage the process through your customer account.
The withdrawal shall be considered validly exercised from the moment it is communicated within the applicable timeframe.

Unless Stendio expressly offers free collection, the customer shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
For shipments made from outside the customs territory of the European Union, any customs duties, taxes or import charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
Once the product has been received or its return sufficiently evidenced, the refund will be processed within a maximum period of 14 calendar days, in accordance with applicable Irish and European legislation.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
The full amount paid for the product will be refunded, including the standard shipping costs initially paid by the customer. If a priority or premium shipping method was selected, only the amount corresponding to standard shipping will be refunded.
In the case of partial returns, shipping costs will not be refunded.
If the product has suffered depreciation resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to verify its nature, characteristics and functioning, Stendio may apply a proportional reduction to the refund amount.
If more than 90 days have passed since receiving the product, but the product presents a lack of conformity or defect covered by the legal guarantee, the consumer may exercise the rights recognised under Irish consumer protection legislation.
In the event of a defective or non-conforming product, the consumer shall have the right, in accordance with applicable legislation, to request repair, replacement, a proportional price reduction or termination of the contract, as legally appropriate.
Stendio shall bear the necessary costs arising from warranty claims, including, where applicable, reasonable transport or return costs.
The guarantee does not cover:
If, upon receiving your order, you notice missing or incorrect products, you must notify us within a reasonable period via [email protected] or through your customer account.
Stendio will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If delivery cannot be completed due to reasons attributable to the customer, Stendio may arrange a new shipment and may charge the corresponding costs.
Stendio shall not be responsible for delays attributable to third parties, courier companies or force majeure circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
However, if the customer selected a priority shipping service and this service was not properly provided due to reasons attributable to Stendio, the customer may request reimbursement of the difference between the standard shipping and the contracted priority shipping.
